Terms of service

Last updated October 17, 2026

These terms apply to every order placed at ephemerati.net, including monthly subscriptions and gift subscriptions. By placing an order, you agree to them. Ephemerati is run by Ephemerati, reachable at [email protected].

1. The subscription

Ephemerati is a monthly mailing of printed ephemera, letters, puzzles, and occasional small objects. The contents change from month to month, so each mailing may differ from the samples on the site. Mailings ship through USPS to US addresses and through Canada Post to Canadian addresses.

2. Prices and billing

3. Renewal and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, either through the subscription management link Stripe provides or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future monthly charges. It does not refund the current month.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on subscriptions or gift subscriptions. All payments are final, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Missing deliveries

If you believe a monthly delivery did not arrive, let us know by emailing [email protected] with your name, the mailing address on your order, and the month you were expecting a mailing.

6. Gift subscriptions

7. Mailing addresses

You are responsible for giving us an accurate mailing address. We cannot be responsible for mailings that do not arrive because the address was incorrect or incomplete.

8. Content and intellectual property

The text, images, and design of ephemerati.net belong to Ephemerati. You are welcome to link to the site. Please ask before copying its content for commercial use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Ephemerati's liability for any claim related to a subscription or gift is limited to the amount you paid for that subscription or gift.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep your subscription after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
